Responsibilities
- Oversight of operational financial performance and cost structures
- Leadership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Creation of financial reports and insights for senior leadership
- Support for capital planning and evaluation of investment performance
- Management and development of a finance team
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of FP&A or related finance experience
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer products
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP
- Prior leadership experience
