About the role

Mease Life is seeking a Director of Fitness & Rehabilitation Services who will supervise and oversee the Rehabilitation and Fitness Departments. This role offers exciting opportunities for professional growth, including in-house program delivery, specialized on-site training, and state-of-the-art facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the Rehabilitation and Fitness Departments
• Utilize staff effectively and manage budgets
• Support well-being programs and ensure departmental and regulatory compliance
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology); Master's degree is preferred
• Specialty certification for SLP candidates (Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA)
• Minimum of three years' direct patient care experience
• Minimum of one year' management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing

Pay

$94,420.00 - $114,875.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
