About the role

The Director of Therapy and Rehabilitation is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight of all inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services in a Critical Access Hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership and operational management of rehabilitation services
• Ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance
• Maintaining financial stewardship and staff development
• Fostering interdisciplinary collaboration
• Led physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and related support services
• May provide direct patient care as needed

Requirements

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
• Current licensure to practice in the state of Arkansas
• At least 5 years of experience in rehabilitation therapy, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in critical access hospital settings preferred
