Director of Rehab - Physical Therapy

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rehabilitation and wellness programs to meet the identified needs of the community.
• Administrate management of fiscal and personnel resources.
• Manage performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee information management processes.
• Develop and implement strategic plans.
• Manage marketing efforts and community education programs.
• Handle physician/customer relations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in a Medical Rehabilitation field preferred.
• Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience.
• Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state.
• BLS for healthcare providers certification upon hire and maintain current.
