Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Fitness & Rehabilitation Services position. In-house program within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention. Salary with 75% productivity benchmarks. No mandated group treatment. Specialized on-site training delivered during paid work hours, some sessions eligible for CEUs. State-of-the-art rehab gyms and equipment. Opportunity to build relationships by following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services. Clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions guide all programs and care plans. Positive leadership philosophy that gives our therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing.
