Director of Rehabilitation Services

About the role

HEALTHCARE Oregon Health and Sciences University seeks applicants for a full-time Director of Rehabilitation Services position at our facility in Portland, Oregon. This position directs all aspects of Rehabilitation Services management and ensures the provision of quality patient/family centered care.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Rehabilitation or related
• License or eligibility for same as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist
• 60 months of experience in Rehabilitation Management
• Managing multiple units
• Overseeing integrated OT, PT, and SLP services across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Developing a neurodevelop-mental rehabilitation program
• 3 years' experience leading interdisciplinary teams in complex, matrixed organizations
• Leading interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams within pediatric and/or adult hospital and outpatient settings
