Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations, maintenance, and performance across all facilities
  • Establish and oversee preventative maintenance programs
  • Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
  • Manage Duckhead Lake of the Ozarks Resort property as both lessor and lessee
  • Develop and manage facility operating budgets
  • Lead capital improvement planning and execution
  • Monitor costs and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Select and manage third-party vendors and contractors
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality
  • Oversee ongoing services such as janitorial, landscaping, and utilities
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
  • Maintain building inspections and emergency planning
  • Maintain safe environments for employees and customers
  • Lead renovations, office moves, and space optimization projects
  • Collaborate with departments on facility needs
  • Support property and lease-related activities
  • Supervise facilities management and contractors
  • Set performance expectations and provide coaching
  • Partner with leadership across departments

Facilities Leadership & Operations

Lead daily operations, maintenance, and performance across all facilities.

Establish and oversee preventative maintenance programs.

Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.

Manage Duckhead Lake of the Ozarks Resort property as both lessor and lessee.

Budgeting & Capital Planning

Develop and manage facility operating budgets.
