Director of Facilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, maintenance, and performance across all facilities
- Establish and oversee preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
- Manage Duckhead Lake of the Ozarks Resort property as both lessor and lessee
- Develop and manage facility operating budgets
- Lead capital improvement planning and execution
- Monitor costs and identify efficiency opportunities
- Select and manage third-party vendors and contractors
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality
- Oversee ongoing services such as janitorial, landscaping, and utilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
- Maintain building inspections and emergency planning
- Maintain safe environments for employees and customers
- Lead renovations, office moves, and space optimization projects
- Collaborate with departments on facility needs
- Support property and lease-related activities
- Supervise facilities management and contractors
- Set performance expectations and provide coaching
- Partner with leadership across departments
