Major Responsibilities
- Direct Supervision of the following areas within the Business Operation Departments:
- FACILITIES OPERATIONS
- Ensure proper maintenance of all operated premises
- Manage the facility staff across multiple affiliates in Pennsylvania
- Aid in the development and maintenance of the department’s policies and procedures
- Supervise the completion of routine maintenance and emergency repairs including incidents that occur after hours/weekends
- Utilize the company property management software system to manage all aspects of the Facilities Department
- This includes staff and contractor work assignments, maintenance request tracking as well as property listings and attributes
- Oversee the use of outside contractors and vendors in support of facility operations
- Obtain/maintain all contractor requirements, insurances, and other related documentation
- Manage purchasing and invoicing to include soliciting bids and awarding contracts and providing payments for service rendered
- Provide input and feedback to senior management on all matters related to property maintenance and facility operations
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is preferred but not required.

- Vehicle Requirements: Current driver’s license, driver registration and a functional vehicle
- Equipment Operations: Telephone: Cellular - Multi-line, Calculator, Copier, Fax, Computer
- Computer Software Applications: Has knowledge of each program Knowledge of Office software programs
- Individual must be able to meet physical requirements of the job: Sitting at a meeting table or desk – Reaching – Lifting – Bending – Standing – Stooping – Twisting - Climbing steps - Driving a vehicle
- Environment(s) is primarily in person with some off-site opportunity
- Travel between the states of Delaware, New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania
- Multiple levels of stairs with access by elevator
