About the role

The Director of Facilities oversees all aspects of the organization's physical infrastructure, including maintenance, operations, and improvements. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of facility management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.
• Develop and implement long-term facility improvement plans that align with organizational goals.
• Manage a team of facility managers and technicians, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
