Core Responsibilities
- Create and execute robust sales plans that include revenue goals, pricing frameworks, and go-to-market strategies aimed at increasing market presence and meeting growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers and partners.
- Develop and negotiate partnerships and alliances that broaden market access and strengthen our competitive position.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts by understanding their priorities, aligning product roadmaps, engaging with executive stakeholders, and ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions.
- Monitor industry developments, competitive movements, and market shifts to refine sales tactics and influence product strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales management.
- Demonstrated success in sales or business development within the NAND memory and storage industry, particularly in controllers and SSD solutions for Enterprise and Data Center markets.
- Strong technical understanding of NAND, storage architectures, semiconductor technologies, and ecosystem trends.
- Prior experience in a senior-level sales or business development leadership role.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with a strong drive for achieving results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, engineering, business development, and cross-functional sales teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
