Collectly Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California.

About the role

The Director of Enterprise Sales will lead the sales strategy and execution for our enterprise clients, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance on sales techniques and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and client implementations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Experience managing a sales team and developing sales strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that result in significant revenue growth.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients and understanding their needs.
  • Strong analytical skills to forecast market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Schedule
