General Summary
The Director of Enterprise Sales is responsible for the sale of company products and services to current and potential customers. This role involves staffing, directing, and developing a sales team, providing leadership towards achieving maximum profitability and revenue growth in line with company vision and values. The role also includes calls on prospective customers via phone and in person, building long-term relationships, and becoming a trusted advisor to the customer.
Essential Job Functions
- Generates leads, creates sales presentations and proposals, completes contracts, and closes the sale, setting proper expectations to ensure delivery of services.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with top-tier business executives and community leaders.
- Represents Ritter Communications in various community committees and functions.
- Identifies business opportunities with both the established client base and potential customers through Sales Representatives and Marketing & Sales Coordinators.
- Prepares reports outlining sales leads and prospects and all closed business sales.
- Analyzes and measures business trends, develops and implements plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives.
- Focuses on providing viable solutions to all customers, participates in market research and advertising activities, and identifies targeted customers.
- Identifies appropriate media for distribution of promotional information.
- Travels to customer sites, project areas, business-related events, and other Ritter Communications locations as required.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales Leadership, Marketing, or related field required with 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Experience in Telecommunication and/or networking in a business environment preferred.
