The Position
We seek a Director of Enterprise Accounts with deep industrial and manufacturing expertise to manage and grow strategic relationships with major enterprises. This role combines industry knowledge, executive relationships, and technology-driven business development.
What You'll Do
Own a high-value book of business, managing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts with revenue, growth, and strategy responsibilities.
Build and execute detailed account plans, including stakeholder maps, opportunity pipelines, and clear tactics and timelines.
Leverage existing relationships to open new logos and drive expansion within existing accounts.
Act as a trusted advisor, advising clients on how to leverage emerging technologies like AI-native engineering and digital twins.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships across technology, operations, and procurement leaders.
Collaborate with delivery and solutions teams to ensure client satisfaction and quality outcomes.
Who You Are
Experienced Enterprise Account Owner with 10+ years in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or client partner roles.
Deeply rooted in industrial and manufacturing sectors, with meaningful experience or professional service in these areas.
Data-driven and commercially sharp, with a track record of proactive origination and creative expansion of relationships.
Executive presence and relationship depth, comfortable leading conversations at all levels and navigating organizational shifts.
Technology-fluent, able to discuss and translate between client business goals and FullStack's technical capabilities.
