Director of Early Intervention
Executive and Management
Direct and oversee the delivery of early intervention services to children in Licking County.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Early Intervention Component to ensure superior delivery of early intervention services to children and their families.
- Direct and lead a team of five Early Intervention Service Coordinators, six Developmental Specialists, one Physical Therapist, and one Occupational Therapist.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, deadlines, and guidelines related to early intervention services in the state of Ohio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Health, Social or Behavioral Science, Social or Human Services, or related field.
- Three plus years of management, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred.
- The ability to direct and lead a team of diverse, passionate early intervention professionals.

Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $69,949 - $110,517
Unclassified / Management Contract
