- On-site five-day work schedule May through October, four-day work schedule November through April.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Arts Administration, or related field required; master’s degree and CFRE credential preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive fundraising or development experience, with at least 3 years in leadership, ideally in arts, education, or cultural nonprofits.
- Proven success in all fundraising areas, donor relationship building, and proficiency with donor CRM systems.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

About the Role
The Peninsula School of Art (PenArt) is seeking a Director of Development to lead fundraising and donor relations, campaign and institutional support, donor engagement and recognition, and strategic leadership and advancement. This is an on-site role.
