About the role
The Director of Development will lead fundraising efforts to make a lasting impact in the United Way Rock River Valley community.
Responsibilities
- Drive fundraising strategy and lead a high-performing development team
- Oversee annual campaigns, major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, events, and donor stewardship
- Help expand and diversify revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of fundraising and related leadership experience
- United Way experience or CRFE credentials a plus
- Proven success in relationship-based fundraising and donor cultivation
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
