Now Hiring: Director of Development and Community Engagement

About the role

A&S Management Inc., a leading provider of compassionate, person-centered care for families and individuals with developmental disabilities, seeks a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Development and Community Engagement. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead multi-year fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, foundations, and philanthropic partners.
  • Oversee giving campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
  • Develop sponsor relationships and lead grant lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure grant compliance and reporting accuracy.
  • Supervise the Community Engagement Manager and provide strategic direction.
  • Align outreach efforts with organizational development goals.
  • Track KPIs, prepare executive reports, and maintain donor databases.
  • Represent A&S Management at events and community initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
  • 8–10 years of progressive development or fundraising experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in donor cultivation and partnership development.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
