About the Role

Advantage HQ is hiring a Director of Demand Generation to build and own the B2B marketing engine. This role will unify fragmented systems—CRM, content, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and sales outreach—into one coordinated revenue system. The goal is to improve lead follow-up, distribute case studies and industry knowledge consistently, and maximize the value of our existing CRM and inbound demand.

Responsibilities

  • Build the demand generation strategy: Define the B2B demand generation plan, priority segments, buyer profiles, and investment channels. Establish clear targets for qualified meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue. Align with the Founder and VP of Sales to focus on acquiring high-value brands, not just generating low-cost leads.
  • Turn the CRM into a revenue engine: Lead segmentation, reactivation, and nurturing of the existing database. Build differentiated journeys for inbound leads, dormant prospects, no-shows, lost opportunities, former clients, and high-value accounts. Use CRM data, sales-call transcripts, case studies, and account research to personalize follow-up.
  • Improve inbound quality and conversion: Analyze campaigns, messages, audiences, and offers to identify what drives real commercial outcomes. Optimize landing pages, qualification flows, lead routing, nurture programs, and retargeting to deliver high-quality opportunities to the sales team. Eliminate campaigns with weak revenue impact, even if they show attractive surface-level metrics.
  • Build the B2B content and case-study engine: Leverage proprietary data, client results, market insights, and founder expertise to create content that engages senior consumer-brand executives. Oversee production and distribution of founder-led content, case studies, executive emails, research, webinars, sales materials, and account-specific campaigns. Focus on building authority and supporting sales to close larger, better clients.
  • Align marketing with setters and sales: Work directly with setter and sales teams to prioritize leads, tailor outreach to prospect situations, and support active opportunities. Establish a feedback loop between marketing and sales using meeting quality, opportunity conversion, lost reasons, and customer quality to continuously refine the demand generation system.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Experience generating pipeline from U.S. or international enterprise buyers.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Experience working closely with setters, SDRs, account executives, or closers.
  • Proven track record of measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Background in agencies, professional services, SaaS, martech, advertising, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong written communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing small teams, contractors, or cross-functional execution.

Skills

  • Commercially minded: Focus on revenue, not just activity.
  • Strategic and hands-on: Diagnose funnels, write campaign briefs, review messaging, inspect CRM workflows, analyze performance, and manage execution with minimal team support.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: Operate in fast-moving environments with incomplete information.
  • AI-driven: Use AI to accelerate research, analysis, content production, personalization, and campaign execution.
  • Ownership mindset: Proactive, results-driven, and accountable for outcomes.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to build a major commercial function from the ground up with meaningful demand, an extensive CRM, and strong proof of performance.
  • Freedom to redesign systems, introduce new channels, and leverage AI across the organization.
  • Direct access to the Founder and sales leadership.
  • Potential to grow into broader ownership of revenue marketing and B2B growth.
  • Fully remote work with a high-performance distributed team.
  • Global hiring with a strong preference for candidates based in the Philippines.

Pay

$150,000 - $280,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
