The Role
You will build strategy, deploy budget, and iterate relentlessly to drive qualified lead volume that fuels our sales pipeline. More specifically, you will own paid marketing, organic marketing, SEO, events, and lifecycle marketing—and be expected to build a team and infrastructure capable of delivering consistent, measurable pipeline contribution across STARLIMS, Labstep, and any businesses we acquire in the years ahead.
This is not a role for someone who waits for direction. We’re looking for a builder: someone who moves fast, forms hypotheses, tests rapidly, and scales what works.
Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and drive sophisticated demand generation strategies for multiple products across global regions, driving pipeline for both large enterprise customers and high-velocity small-businesses.
- Implement repeatable, scalable playbooks that drive predictable new and expansion pipeline across regions and product lines.
- Own the development, optimization and reporting across various demand gen funnels, ensuring clear definitions, SLAs, and handoffs with Sales.
- Champion marketing operations excellence by partnering closely with the marketing operations, including lead scoring, routing, data hygiene, attribution, and marketing automation workflows.
- Set and manage our marketing budget, ensuring we drive strong ROAS on our highest performing campaigns.
- Work closely with PMM to build and deliver ICP-centric messaging to our key target audiences.
Requirements
- You are based in the US
- You have 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years leading performance marketing or demand gen teams
- You have deep expertise across performance marketing, CRO, SEO, content, events, CRO and lifecycle marketing
- You feel at home in the data, leading with numbers and anchoring decisions in analysis
- You have strong interpersonal skills, including experience interacting across GTM and executive teams
- You’ve worked on small, fast-moving teams and are comfortable with a high rate of change
- You are a self-starter with a strong bias for action - you identify opportunities, build solutions and move quickly without being told what to do
- You are a structured thinker, able to break down a business into discrete funnels, and identify areas of improvement or opportunity
- You are proficient with CRM tools, including but not limited to Salesforce and Hubspot
- You are proficient using AI tools to build, capture, and scale demand
