Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Additional formal education or training in Quality Assurance for manufacturing operations is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive quality leadership experience in electronic manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in electronics, industrial equipment, IoT devices, embedded systems, or related technology products.
  • Ability to champion corporate level planning and implementation of quality initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and leadership in both quality methodology and quality systems, including ISO 9001.
  • Experience leading root cause investigations and corrective action programs.
  • Committed to the profession with a high sense of professional integrity and a bias toward action. Drives prompt resolution of customer issues. Develops people.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, good work attitude and cooperative relationship with others.

  • Any other equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring consistent quality standards across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, and administrative functions.
  • Develop and execute the organization's quality strategy, objectives, metrics, and improvement initiatives to support customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth, including the ISO 9001 program.
  • Establish, maintain, and audit quality procedures, work instructions, standards, and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and company requirements.
  • Lead product testing, repair, rework, warranty return, and failure analysis activities, including investigation of dead-on-arrival (DOA) products and customer-reported quality issues.
  • Ensure that products and services meet customer needs and expectations to fulfill corporate quality objectives.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) efforts to reduce defects, improve reliability, and prevent recurrence of quality issues. When necessary, implement corrective action plans and monitor the effectiveness of the solutions.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing quality organization while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and quality throughout the company.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to executive leadership regarding quality performance, risks, trends, customer feedback, and strategic improvement opportunities.
