About the role
The Corporate Quality Director at Granger Construction will shape how quality is defined, delivered, and sustained across the organization. This role is crucial for reducing rework, improving warranty performance, and delivering predictable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Granger’s Quality Management System
- Establish and maintain companywide quality standards aligned with industry best practices
- Conduct jobsite visits and quality audits across regions
- Define, track, and analyze quality metrics including rework, punchlists, warranty, and training
- Lead warranty and rework management efforts, targeting recurring issues and root causes
- Design and deliver practical quality training for project and field teams
- Champion a proactive, ownership-driven culture of quality across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with leadership exposure in quality, operations, or project delivery
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and quality systems
- Clear, confident communicator who can influence at all levels
Qualifications
