Director of Client Development

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation in the Legal & Accounting space. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute actionable client development strategies aligned with firm priorities
• Align business development and marketing priorities to optimize growth
• Collaborate with partners to advance high-stakes growth opportunities
• Design scalable infrastructure for consistent business development execution
• Lead and align the client development organization, establishing clear expectations
• Champion client feedback programs to enhance service and deepen relationships
• Monitor and adapt strategies based on performance data and market insights

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant business development or marketing experience, with 5+ years in management roles
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong leadership with a proven track record
• Preferred experience in the legal industry or professional services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and firm applications after orientation

Pay

$260,000 – $320,000 annually
