• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or certificate in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a relevant field (master’s degree preferred)
• At least 7 years of experience in a senior management role within a non-profit organization or similar, with a proven track record in operational excellence
• In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and key challenges faced in the realm of cyber defense and intelligence
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENT AND IN A TEAM
