About the Company

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service. As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.

About the Role

As Director of Aircraft Management, you'll serve as the primary strategic point of contact for our aircraft owner portfolio. You'll own the full owner relationship, including monthly performance reporting, financial analysis, and cross-functional coordination across maintenance, operations, accounting, and sales, resolving complex issues with independent judgment and representing BOND's commitment to member obsession at the highest level. This role is for someone who thrives on ownership and detail: a strong communicator who can translate financial and operational data into clear insight for sophisticated owners, and who wants to help build the processes and documentation that scale BOND's Aircraft Management function as the company grows.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to each aircraft owner, building personalized engagement strategies around their financial goals and service history.
  • Own monthly owner communications and performance reporting end to end, resolving issues with independent judgment.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly aircraft management reports, translating revenue, expense, and utilization data into clear recommendations.
  • Coordinate across maintenance, accounting, operations, and sales to keep every department aligned around owner priorities.
  • Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs and surface emerging trends and risks to senior leadership.
  • Build the SOPs, checklists, and training materials that scale BOND's Aircraft Management function.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in aircraft management, client services, or a comparable client-facing role, preferably in aviation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the discretion to manage high-value client relationships.
  • Strong analytical ability, comfortable working with financial performance data and quantitative questions.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple owner relationships and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Business aviation experience or a genuine passion for the industry.
  • Familiarity with aircraft management operations including charter, maintenance coordination, and crew scheduling.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility (role dependent)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with supplemental coverage options and company-paid life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and company holidays for eligible roles
