What You’ll Do
- Manage referrals, placements, and program census
- Conduct Bio-Psycho-Social Assessments and acuity evaluations
- Partner with families, agencies, and providers throughout the admissions process
- Cook up placements based on clinical, behavioral, and medical needs
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Build strong community and referral relationships
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic admissions planning
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with individuals with IDD
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred
- Behavioral Health licensure (LCSW, LPC, LPCC, etc.) preferred
- Knowledge of waiver services and supported living programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to 30%
