Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the admissions team
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families
- Ensure accurate and timely admission processing
- Manage insurance verification and census development
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Previous Long Term Care experience required
- Previous experience as a Director of Admissions preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of admissions processes, insurance verification, and census development
