About the role

This position exists to uphold standards for Alpha's educational model, which integrates demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Success hinges on selecting families who align with our approach.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the complete enrollment pathway for prospective families, from initial outreach to final onboarding.
  • Facilitate discovery conversations to evaluate compatibility before proposing the model or advising on next actions.
  • Oversee 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment phases, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow-up.
  • Orchestrates campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment discussions that transparently convey outcomes, commitments, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Ensures precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, pipeline management, and service excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or independently operated client services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment experience spanning initial inquiry to final onboarding.
  • Experience concurrently stewarding 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by a reliable system for monitoring and prioritization.
  • Capacity to supply specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when alignment was absent.
  • Professional correspondence experience with C-level executives, affluent clients, or discerning audiences.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, Tulsa, OK, or Southlake, TX.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience in competitive independent school admissions or selective program recruitment.
  • Background in premium hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support functions.
  • Experience designing or optimizing admissions workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance enrollment fit, not merely throughput.

Benefits

Compensation: $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment period is weekly.
