Responsibilities
- Directing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, beginning with initial contact and extending through onboarding.
- Facilitating needs-based discussions to establish fit prior to proposing solutions or advising on subsequent actions.
- Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied stages of the enrollment cycle, maintaining transparent tracking and follow-up protocols.
- Guiding campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment decision meetings that articulate outcomes, standards, and the intended audience for the model.
- Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning first contact through onboarding.
- Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach.
- Capacity to offer specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your product or service when fit was absent.
- Professional written communication capability with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following markets: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, or Southlake, TX.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment.
- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support capacities.
- Experience developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
- Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to elevate conversion quality, not merely velocity.
Benefits
Compensation: $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment period: Weekly.
Schedule
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
