What You Will Be Doing

  • Directing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial inquiry to onboarding completion.
  • Facilitating needs-based discussions to assess alignment before proposing solutions or advising on next actions.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements at varied enrollment stages, maintaining transparent status tracking and follow-up discipline.
  • Orchestrating campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment dialogues that articulate outcomes, expectations, and model suitability.
  • Sustaining precise CRM and enrollment data (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Admitting poorly aligned families to satisfy enrollment targets.
  • Supervising a sizable team or navigating complex approval hierarchies.
  • Fragmenting family experience ownership across multiple personnel.
  • Operating remotely.

About the Role

Alpha is constructing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely exceed national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons are dedicated to depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. But success depends entirely on enrolling the right families. That is your mandate. You will direct the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is not a relay role. You hold accountability for the family experience, the clarity with which they grasp our model, and whether enrollment decisions rest on sound alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed dialogue, and advocate for "no" when warranted. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years providing elite, tailored service in contexts where service caliber directly shapes brand standing (education, luxury hospitality, executive services, premium memberships, or owner-led service operations).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from first engagement through onboarding.
  • Capability to furnish specific instances of consultative judgment, including advising against your offering when fit was absent.
  • Professional correspondence experience with C-level executives, affluent clients, or discerning stakeholders.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, or Southlake, TX.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support capacities.
  • History developing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM intelligence to enhance enrollment alignment, not merely velocity.
