Sales Strategy

Provide strategic leadership and develop sales strategies and client experience journeys aligned with company strategic objectives, target markets, and delivery capabilities.
Lead the growth of the advisory and energy as a service business through new customer acquisition, cross-selling, channel partnerships, and existing customer relationships.

Sales Operations Leadership

Facilitate effective communications and decision-making related to sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Define and utilize data and customer insights to build marketing programs and initiatives.
Develop and lead the implementation of all pipeline reporting across the business ensuring information is current, KPIs are tracked, and communicate to the organization the impact to the growth objectives.
Establish and manage vendors and key channel partner relationships to achieve initiatives.

Marketing, External Affairs, and Communications

Represent the Company at external events including conferences and trade associations to continue to advance the Company’s brand and build relationships with key channel partners.
Manage marketing opportunities and initiatives with action plans to meet business goals and objectives.
Create and deliver consistent Company messaging across platforms and content through managed partners and events.
