Responsibilities

• Leads complex integration and separation engagements across multiple transactions.
• Provides strategic guidance to clients on post-transaction planning, execution, and risk management.
• Oversees engagement teams, delivery quality, and issue resolution.
• Supports client relationship management and engagement expansion opportunities.
• Collaborates with deal, functional, and advisory leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentors managers and supports development of future leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience.
• Proven experience leading complex client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience serving private equity or large corporate clients.
• Consulting or advisory leadership experience.

• Compensation range: $151,200 - $304,200.
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

• Peak Periods: Increased workload during major transactions.
• Scheduling: High flexibility based on client needs.
