As the Integration Director (M&A), you will play a critical leadership role in Nextech’s acquisition strategy by ensuring newly acquired companies are successfully integrated into our financial, operational, and technology platforms. Reporting to the SVP of M&A, you will lead high-impact initiatives that drive consistency, scalability, and long-term value creation. We're seeking a strategic, results-driven leader with a strong financial foundation and proven experience managing complex integrations in fast-paced growth environments. 5-10+ years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, M&A integration, corporate development, ERP implementation, or related fieldsStrong understanding of financial reporting, accounting operations, and ERP systemsProven success leading large-scale, cross-functional integration or transformation initiativesExceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skillsAbility to simultaneously manage multiple integrations and competing deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on executionDemonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple business functionsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomesStrong financial and operational acumenExperience working in private equity-backed or highly acquisitive organizations preferredCPA or equivalent financial background preferredExperience integrating multiple acquired businesses preferredERP implementation or financial systems transformation experience preferredHVAC, field services, or service-based industry experience preferredWillingness and ability to travel as neededContinuously able to work in office environmentContinuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printerContinuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hoursAble to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the dayOccasionally able to lift up to 15 lbs.Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talkingOccasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouchingRarely requires climbing Other requirements May be required to use personal smartphone with a camera capable of reading a QR code for 2 factor authentication
