Director - Integration & Separation
Job Responsibilities
Leads complex integration and separation engagements across multiple transactions.
Promotes strategic guidance to clients on post-transaction planning, execution, and risk management.
Oversees engagement teams, delivery quality, and issue resolution.
Supports client relationship management and engagement expansion opportunities.
Collaborates with deal, functional, and advisory leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
Mentors managers and supports development of future leaders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience.
- Proven experience leading complex client engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving private equity or large corporate clients.
- Consulting or advisory leadership experience.
Additional Role Expectations
- Travel: As required by client engagements.
- Peak Periods: Increased workload during major transactions.
- Scheduling: High flexibility based on client needs.
