Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, client success, and other cross-functional teams to identify key accounts, analyze needs, and create and execute targeted ABM campaigns across segments to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Drive integrated marketing efforts that build brand awareness and accelerate revenue aligned to revenue targets.
  • Ensure lead generation, nurturing, and campaign execution drives account progression, engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing strategies and consistent messaging across channels aligned with revenue and ABM goals, targeting enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
  • Develop strategies targeting CXOs and other senior leaders informed by market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis, prioritizing initiatives for growth.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and intent data to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion across landing pages, ads, web experiences, email journeys, and account-specific content.
  • Establish the company as an industry thought leader with compelling narratives addressing customer challenges and trends.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing ABM and campaign team, fostering collaboration across sales, client success, and marketing for shared goals.
  • Implement scalable processes and use analytics to refine strategies and enhance team productivity, monitoring campaign and team performance KPI’s.
  • Cultivate a testing culture, adopt emerging tools and strategies, and stay ahead of ABM best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 10-12+ years of proven success driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through targeted marketing programs, including 6+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success developing and executing successful ABM strategies in B2B industries such as business services, BPO, or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and experience building scalable ABM models for enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Strong focus on pipeline generation, revenue impact, and customer journey optimization.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguous situations with confidence.
  • Innovative thinker with a builder and operator mentality.
  • Expertise in developing and executing quarterly and annual marketing plans.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
  • A passion for growth, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve excellence.
