Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing Mid-Market Marketing team through strategic hiring and development
- Set and execute the marketing vision for Mid-Market advertisers in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance customer retention and revenue across the Mid-Market segment
- Create and scale account-based marketing programs targeting key Mid-Market clients, aligning with Sales and other partners
- Foster a culture of experimentation by encouraging team members to test and iterate marketing strategies
- Establish performance tracking mechanisms to enhance accountability within the team
- Influence and partner with senior stakeholders across various departments to ensure strategic alignment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in business marketing, with at least 10 years focused on Mid-Market or SMB Marketing
- Experience in building teams and developing marketing programs from scratch, preferably in a competitive platform
- Skilled in influencing others' behaviors and decisions without direct authority
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze data and assess risks
- Adept at navigating uncertainty while providing clear direction
- Advocate for inclusivity and mentorship across diverse backgrounds
- Proficient and curious about AI tools in marketing, advocating their use as collaborative tools
