Director Imaging

About the role

Directs the Diagnostic Imaging Department's operations including nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, computer-assisted tomography and ultrasound. Supervises new testing procedures and related protocol. Regulates the maintenance of departmental facilities, supplies, equipment, and material in a manner to promote health, comfort, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Radiology, Business or related field, preferred
• Master’s Degree desirable
• 2 years experience as a Director of a radiology/medical imaging department is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in Medical Imaging
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• State license
• Current BLS Certification or obtain within 30 days from hire date; maintain such certifications and licenses
