Director, Health Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve health systems HIT and digital solutions strategy.
• Lead the EMR/digital strategy workstream, focusing on governance and measures of success.
• Maintain insight on EHR/EMR interoperability and emerging healthcare technologies.
• Identify technology opportunities that improve the patient journey and accelerate engagement.
• Translate customer challenges into scalable HIT solutions.
• Establish frameworks for solution standardization and co-development.
• Serve as a trusted HIT advisor in strategic health system engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in health system IT or related fields.
• Significant experience with complex health systems and IDNs.
• Strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and integration workflows.
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare data exchange.
• Understanding of population health and healthcare technology infrastructure.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and engage with senior executives.

Pay

$171,955 – $236,470 annually
