Your mission
The mission of this role is to own and grow the strategic US partnership between UiPath and Deloitte. You'll be responsible for driving joint go-to-market initiatives, accelerating pipeline and revenue growth, and ensuring alignment across regional teams.
What You’ll Do
Own the US relationship with Deloitte, acting as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders.
Develop and execute a joint business plan to drive pipeline creation, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Collaborate with regional sales, partner, and marketing teams to ensure consistent execution of partner strategy.
Identify and drive co-sell opportunities, ensuring alignment between UiPath field teams and Deloitte practices.
Build and scale Deloitte’s automation capabilities across practices, including enablement and certifications.
Orchestrate joint solutions, offerings, and industry-specific propositions.
Monitor and report on partner performance, including pipeline, bookings, and ROI.
Lead executive business reviews and governance cadence with Deloitte leadership.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize partner impact.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
10+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or enterprise sales, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS.
Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with GSIs, particularly Deloitte or similar firms.
Strong understanding of consulting business models and alliance structures.
Experience driving co-sell motions and influencing complex, matrixed organizations.
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate globally, working across multiple regions and time zones.
Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking pipeline and partner performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
