Your mission

The mission of this role is to own and grow the strategic US partnership between UiPath and Deloitte. You'll be responsible for driving joint go-to-market initiatives, accelerating pipeline and revenue growth, and ensuring alignment across regional teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the US relationship with Deloitte, acting as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute a joint business plan to drive pipeline creation, revenue growth, and market expansion.

  • Collaborate with regional sales, partner, and marketing teams to ensure consistent execution of partner strategy.

  • Identify and drive co-sell opportunities, ensuring alignment between UiPath field teams and Deloitte practices.

  • Build and scale Deloitte’s automation capabilities across practices, including enablement and certifications.

  • Orchestrate joint solutions, offerings, and industry-specific propositions.

  • Monitor and report on partner performance, including pipeline, bookings, and ROI.

  • Lead executive business reviews and governance cadence with Deloitte leadership.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize partner impact.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or enterprise sales, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS.

  • Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with GSIs, particularly Deloitte or similar firms.

  • Strong understanding of consulting business models and alliance structures.

  • Experience driving co-sell motions and influencing complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to operate globally, working across multiple regions and time zones.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking pipeline and partner performance metrics.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
