Director Global Oncology Marketing Lifecycle Strategy
About the role
The Director, Global Oncology Marketing - Lifecycle Strategy plays a critical role in shaping and executing the global late-lifecycle strategy for our company's Oncology portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic, enterprise-minded leader who thrives on solving complex commercial challenges, influencing across functions, and translating bold ideas into tangible business and patient impact.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the global late-lifecycle strategy, partnering closely with regional teams to build capabilities, support implementation, and drive broad adoption.
Optimize the global launch of the subcutaneous formulation by sharpening strategy, strengthening the narrative, and enabling pull-through across global, regional, and local markets.
Lead development and delivery of global sales forecast guidance to inform strategic decision-making and portfolio planning.
Collaborate closely with Global Market Access, IP/Legal, Manufacturing, Development and Regulatory (R&D), Competitive Intelligence, Forecasting, Finance, and other key partners to deliver meaningful progress against prioritized elements of the late-lifecycle management strategy.
Ensure lifecycle management strategies and initiatives are grounded in robust insights and analytics across customers, competitors, market dynamics, and the broader healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years' experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles (marketing, access, insights)
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills; ability to influence without authority and collaborate successfully with business partners across the organization
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and financial acumen
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS/PhD)
- Prior oncology experience will be considered
