About the role
The Director, Global Oncology Marketing - Lifecycle Strategy, reports to the Executive Director, Lifecycle Management (LCM). This role is highly visible and plays a critical part in shaping and executing the global late-lifecycle strategy for our company's Oncology portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global late-lifecycle strategy, partnering closely with regional teams to build capabilities, support implementation, and drive broad adoption.
- Optimize the global launch of the subcutaneous formulation by sharpening strategy, strengthening the narrative, and enabling pull-through across global, regional, and local markets.
- Lead development and delivery of global sales forecast guidance to inform strategic decision-making and portfolio planning.
- Collaborate closely with Global Market Access, IP/Legal, Manufacturing, Development and Regulatory (R&D), Competitive Intelligence, Forecasting, Finance, and other key partners to deliver meaningful progress against prioritized elements of the late-lifecycle management strategy.
- Ensure lifecycle management strategies and initiatives are grounded in robust insights and analytics across customers, competitors, market dynamics, and the broader healthcare environment.
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years' experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles (marketing, access, insights)
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills; ability to influence without authority and collaborate successfully with business partners across the organization
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and financial acumen
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS/PhD)
- Prior oncology experience will be considered
