  • Collaborate with internal customer-facing teams such as sales and marketing to develop and execute credit strategies that support business growth objectives while managing risk.
  • Represent Parker in professional credit associations and industry forums to benchmark global credit practices, identify emerging trends, expand professional networks, and bring forward best-in-class approaches to strengthen the function.
  • Assess global economic conditions, customer trends, industry dynamics, and portfolio risks, and translate insights into clear, actionable guidance for executive leadership and key business stakeholders.
  • Deliver timely, relevant financial and customer intelligence to corporate management to support informed decision-making, risk evaluation, and business strategy execution.
  • Evaluate, champion, and implement innovative technologies, systems, analytics, and business practices that enhance global credit performance, improve efficiency, and strengthen risk management capabilities.
  • Lead enterprise-level reporting for key stakeholders, providing meaningful visibility into credit metrics, portfolio performance, customer risk, business trends, and macroeconomic impacts on Parker’s receivables position.
  • Ensure receivable reserves and accruals are appropriately established, reviewed, and maintained in compliance with policy, including bad debt, aged and disputed receivables, returns, and allowances.
  • Champion the development of training, education, and capability-building programs that strengthen technical expertise, leadership effectiveness, and continuous learning across the global credit organization.
  • Ensure effective internal controls, governance, and compliance with Parker corporate policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, including oversight of testing, issue resolution, and sustained control effectiveness.
