Responsibilities

  • Define and own enterprise strategy and vision for the content ecosystem
  • Own commercial roadmap, tracking enterprise KPIs
  • Establish governance frameworks and enforce compliance across platforms
  • Accountability for end-to-end platform performance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and develop a team, providing strategic direction and promoting best practices
  • Ensure alignment of platforms with enterprise metadata and taxonomy frameworks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, including global or regional leadership roles
  • 10+ years in content operations or digital content ecosystems
  • Experience with DAM, MLR, and content lifecycle platforms (e.g., Veeva, Aprimo)
  • Strong experience in regulated environments, preferably pharma
  • Proven track record in team management and enterprise platform oversight

Pay

$112,000 – $236,000 annually
