Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise strategy and vision for the content ecosystem
- Own commercial roadmap, tracking enterprise KPIs
- Establish governance frameworks and enforce compliance across platforms
- Accountability for end-to-end platform performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and develop a team, providing strategic direction and promoting best practices
- Ensure alignment of platforms with enterprise metadata and taxonomy frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, including global or regional leadership roles
- 10+ years in content operations or digital content ecosystems
- Experience with DAM, MLR, and content lifecycle platforms (e.g., Veeva, Aprimo)
- Strong experience in regulated environments, preferably pharma
- Proven track record in team management and enterprise platform oversight
