This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains within a life sciences environment. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality.
Responsibilities
- Create and define the enterprise strategy for upstream content ecosystems
- Develop a commercial roadmap for continuous improvement
- Establish governance frameworks for platform operations
- Manage content ecosystem investment portfolio and roadmap
- Ensure end-to-end platform performance and continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary business stakeholder for content operations
- Lead and develop a team, championing best practices and change management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in content operations or digital content ecosystems
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and enterprise platforms
- Deep knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Medical Legal Review (MLR) processes
- Experience in regulated environments, preferably in pharmaceuticals
- Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within global organizations

Pay
$151,000 – $314,000 annually
