Director, FinTech Product Management

For our client, we are seeking a Director, FinTech Product Management to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape product strategy across payments, foreign exchange, and liquidity solutions, with a strong focus on scaling modern financial products. The position will partner closely with senior leaders, technology teams, risk, compliance, and external partners to deliver market-relevant offerings. It will also play a key role in driving transformation, improving performance, and strengthening governance across the product portfolio. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $225,000 – $300,000 annually Responsibilities Define and execute product strategy across Payments, FX, and Liquidity Lead cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and delivery Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to market launch Monitor product performance using data-driven analysis Engage FinTech partners to enhance product capabilities and innovation Manage governance frameworks and compliance across product initiatives Build and mentor a high-performing global team of product managers Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Payments, or related fields Deep knowledge of FinTech business models and embedded finance Proven ability to lead large-scale product transformation initiatives Expertise in payment infrastructures such as ACH, Wire, and SWIFT Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level experience Experience managing financial performance and investment portfolios Technical knowledge of operational risk and regulatory compliance Benefits Opportunity to drive innovation in FinTech solutions Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams Leadership development and mentoring opportunities Engagement with high-level executive stakeholders Access to strategic insights and industry forums Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
