Responsibilities
- Own and develop the product roadmap for the fintech suite, balancing immediate needs with long-term vision
- Drive the transition to digital payments, incorporating modern methods like Tap to Pay
- Lead product strategy for Money-Out solutions, utilizing a structured approach for build, buy, or partner decisions
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and implement necessary plans
- Guide product teams to create impactful payments and embedded finance solutions that enhance customer value
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure comprehension of technical architecture and effective delivery
- Manage relationships with fintech partners through all phases, from deal structuring to integration
- Drive strategic partnerships that enhance product capabilities and reach, working closely with the Business Development team
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, primarily in fintech, payments, or embedded finance-focused tech environments
- Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including gateways and processors
- Experience managing complex partnerships with financial institutions, including negotiating deals from start to finish
- P&L accountability or experience resembling general management ownership, tracking revenue and margin dynamics
- Proven cross-functional leadership skills across teams like Sales, Engineering, and Finance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership and communicate complex concepts simply
- Strategic vision with strong execution capability in fast-paced environments
- Genuine passion for the trades and a commitment to the company’s mission

$290,800 – $436,200 annually
