About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete strategy and execution of the company’s annual user conference, Vision
  • Serve as the main stakeholder for internal events, coordinating closely with corporate marketing
  • Lead management of external agencies across various production and execution functions
  • Collaborate across teams to align events with go-to-market strategies and revenue goals
  • Act as a trusted partner to executives, managing preparations and onsite support
  • Improve event operations and attendee experiences using data and process enhancements
  • Generate post-event reports, analyzing metrics and feedback to inform future strategies
  • Oversee budget management for multiple concurrent events, ensuring accuracy and accountability of expenses

Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years in managing large scale user conferences or complex live experiences in high growth settings
  • Proven track record as a primary owner for high visibility, high budget programs involving executive exposure
  • Strong experience in managing agencies and external vendors with a focus on accountability and cost efficiency
  • Hands-on individual contributor with strong detail orientation and execution capabilities
  • Excellent operational discipline in program management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders and adapting to shifting priorities in tight timelines

Preferred Experience

  • In B2B SaaS or similar complex go-to-market organizations

Pay

$156,000 – $215,000 annually
