About the role
This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for assigned executive education programs from concept through completion
- Manage a portfolio of programs ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to enhance programs based on feedback and market trends
- Cultivate new business opportunities and support proposal development
- Manage executive-level client relationships with professionalism and strategic insight
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in executive education, corporate learning, higher education, or consulting
- Experience managing custom client and open enrollment programs
- Familiarity with business development and consultative client management
- Strong ability to communicate with senior leaders and stakeholders
