We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually description includes "Description" then "Position Purpose". We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each section heading only if content exists. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to extract content. Let's parse: Description: "WorldatWork is a global non-profit organization dedicated to serving, educating, and inspiring those who reward and engage the workforce. Our members include business professionals who are accountable for the critically important practices of compensation, well-being, benefits, development, and recognition programs within their companies around the world. Over 93% of the global 500 organizations are among the many customers we have served over the last 70 years" That's about the organization. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe about the position? But we have "Position Purpose". Could treat that as About the role. We need sections: About the role (maybe position purpose). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe qualifications). Qualifications (maybe separate). Skills (knowledge, skills & abilities). Benefits (benefits listed). Pay (hiring range). Schedule (travel up to 20% maybe schedule? Could be remote work). We'll include schedule if present: "This position may be worked remotely." and "Travel: Ability to travel up to 20%." That's schedule info. We must not create sections with placeholder text. Ensure we have real content. Let's gather: About the role: Position Purpose paragraph(s). Could combine description and position purpose? Probably just position purpose. Responsibilities: The bullet list under Primary Responsibilities with subcategories and percentages. Need to preserve all substantive info. Use
  • . Could break each responsibility as list items. Requirements: maybe "Qualifications" section includes education, experience, credentials. Could treat as Requirements. Qualifications: maybe separate? But we have both Qualifications and Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. Thus: - About the role: Position Purpose (maybe also description). We'll include description and position purpose. - Responsibilities: list of responsibilities (the primary responsibilities with subpoints). We'll extract each bullet. - Requirements: maybe the "Qualifications" bullet list (education, experience, credentials). We'll treat as Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe the "Supervisory Responsibilities" etc? Actually there is "Supervisory Responsibilities: This position oversees a team of four (4) on the Meetings and Events team." That could be Qualifications? But maybe better to put under Requirements? However we have separate Qualifications heading; we could put Supervisory Responsibilities there. But also there is "Travel:" maybe schedule. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities list. - Benefits: benefits paragraph. - Pay: hiring range and bonus. - Schedule: remote work and travel. We must avoid duplication. Let's extract each. Description + Position Purpose: "WorldatWork is a global non-profit organization dedicated to serving, educating, and inspiring those who reward and engage the workforce. Our members include business professionals who are accountable for the critically important practices of compensation, well-being, benefits, development, and recognition programs within their companies around the world. The Director, Event Strategy and Operations exemplifies WorldatWork's core values of Act in Service, Be Bold, Own the Outcome and Be Connected." We'll combine into a paragraph. Responsibilities: The list under Primary Responsibilities with percentages. We'll extract each bullet as list items. Let's copy: Event Strategy & Leadership (30%): - Set the strategy and operating model for WorldatWork's portfolio of conferences, meetings and events, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, member needs and financial goals. - Establish event goals, priorities, and performance measures aligned with organizational objectives and industry trends. - Overall responsibility for meeting and event site selection and services, ensuring they align with strategic direction and allow for minimum financial liability - Conduct post-event evaluations and use attendee feedback and financial/operational data to continuously improve the portfolio. - Identify new event formats, technologies and business models that can increase member value, audience reach and revenue. Council Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration (5%): - Serve as the primary staff liaison to the Events Advisory Council. - Provide outstanding customer service both internally and externally, while performing other duties as assigned. - Individuals may perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods, or otherwise to contribute to the organization when needed. We'll keep as list items. Requirements: Qualifications bullet list: "Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, or other related areas or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in association meeting planning and management, with at least 5 to 7 of those years managing large-scale meetings (3,000 plus attendees) Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) or similar industry credentials are preferred. Previous Association and and/or major event experience preferred Significant project management experience, including oversight of vendors with multiple deliverables Experience producing or supporting international events is a plus" We'll put as list. Qualifications heading maybe for Supervisory Responsibilities? But we already used Qualifications for education/experience. However we have separate "Qualifications" heading in instruction; we could treat that as the qualifications (education/experience). Then "Skills" heading for knowledge, skills & abilities. Then we need another heading for maybe "Supervisory Responsibilities"? Not in list. Could omit if no content? But we have supervisory responsibilities info; maybe we can put under Requirements? But we already used Requirements for qualifications. Could put supervisory under Requirements as well? Might be okay. But we have to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for each heading: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes under Qualifications vs Requirements. Perhaps Requirements = mandatory qualifications (education, experience). Qualifications = preferred qualifications (certifications, experience). But the posting lumps them together. We could split: Requirements = Undergraduate degree ... Minimum 10 years ... ; Qualifications = Certified Meeting Planner ... Previous Association ... Significant project management ... Experience producing ... However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to combine but we need both headings. We could put all under Requirements and leave Qualifications empty? Not allowed. So we need to allocate. Let's assign: - Requirements: Undergraduate degree ... Minimum 10 years ... (mandatory) - Qualifications: Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) or similar industry credentials are preferred. Previous Association and/or major event experience preferred. Significant project management experience, including oversight of vendors with multiple deliverables. Experience producing or supporting international events is a plus. That seems reasonable. Skills: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities list. Let's extract that paragraph: "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Advanced knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and database management systems. Experience with association management software is desired but not required. Successful track record of negotiating and overseeing $500K+ vendor contracts and tradeshows. Exceptional organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Demonstrated ability to remain composed and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure environments, effectively managing complex issues, competing priorities, and unexpected challenges while maintaining a high level of professionalism and operational effectiveness. Self-management: Sets well-defined and realistic goals; takes initiative, monitors progress and is motivated to achieve; manages own time and is able to successfully juggle multiple and/or competing priorities in an efficient and effective manner.
