Director, Event Strategy & Experience

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Event Strategy & Experience to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will shape high-impact events that support leadership engagement and meaningful customer connection across the organization. The role combines strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined execution to deliver experiences that reinforce business priorities in a healthcare environment. The Director will also guide a team, manage budgets, and measure event outcomes to strengthen future programs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $206,300 annually Responsibilities Translate business priorities into impactful leadership and customer events Oversee end-to-end event execution from strategy through post-event evaluation Lead and develop a high-performing team of event planners with clear standards Manage significant budgets and ensure disciplined financial oversight across events Facilitate cross-functional alignment among key stakeholders Select and oversee partnerships with vendors and production agencies Establish and implement measurement practices to evaluate event effectiveness Qualifications 10+ years of experience in corporate events or experiential marketing, managing large programs Experience leading enterprise-scale events, including high-level executive experiences Strong financial management skills with oversight of substantial budgets and contracts Background in a large corporate or Fortune 500 environment, or with an agency partner Proven ability to build partnerships across diverse functions Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Generous paid time off and holidays Paid parental and caregiver leave policies Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance and wellness opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
