Director, Enablement & Engagement

For our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Director of Enablement & Engagement to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. This role collaborates with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business priorities
• Manage multiple communication campaigns and maintain a communications calendar
• Lead change management strategies for business initiatives and transformations
• Establish training programs and performance support tools for operational enablement
• Develop engagement strategies that enhance team member experience and culture
• Set success metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and learning outcomes
• Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and improve program performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in internal communications or organizational change
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise programs
• Proven track record in leading change initiatives in complex organizations
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders
• Experience in developing measurement methodologies that drive outcomes

Pay

$130,000 – $150,000 annually
